Can users and Mentors update/change their password?

Yes! If they remember their current password, they can update/change their password.

They can update/change their password by selecting their name on the top right of their portal, and then select “Profile”. By entering in their current password along with their desired password they will then be ready to log in with their new password. 

With all passwords, we advise everyone to create a secure password and either remember or store it somewhere safe and unaccessible by anyone else.
