Before looking into obtaining more IDs, check that you have used up all of the ones allocated to you.
To check, select one of your groups and select “Add IDs” as if you wanted to add more IDs to the group. Once you select “Add IDs”, the pop up will show you how many unassigned IDs are available.
Another option before requesting more IDs is to go through your groups and note down the number of pending users (users who have not activated their accounts yet). If you have a significant amount of pending IDs, it may be helpful to discuss with the instructor(s) of the identified group(s) how to ensure the IDs can be activated properly.
While you initially receive a certain amount of IDs, sometimes you may need more for existing users to practice more or you have more users that require PPE Simulations.
